Logging into your Backoffice

  • Tap Profile at the bottom left of the screen

  • Tap on Commissions Account

  • In the field you'll likely see different notifications for you to get your account connected to E-Wallet. Just follow the instructions.

  • Once everything is done all you have to do is come back here and to directly to your E-Wallet

  • Also a great way to get paid is also to have your funds automatically deposited. You can customize this within E-Wallet.

  • Create a contact in your phone with all the Frequense support info below so you're never digging through emails like a squirrel hunting lost acorns. Save it once, stress less forever.
